By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/webmasters/owners/creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this website.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and these condtions of use at any time.

When you visit us at www.mailbu-lingerie.com or send us e-mails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate via e-mail with such notices as special offers, discounts, updates of new products and any promotioanl material.

Making a purchase is easy to do, simply ckick on the 'Add To Basket' button at the bottom of the item(s) you wish to purchase, go to the checkout and make your purchase through paypal or alternatively with your debit/credit card on the follwing pages. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at anytime without prior notice.

In Stock items that are purchased from us will be delivered within 7-14 working days by 1st class recorded delivery. Out Of Stock items will take up to 21 days to be delivered.These postal times are not exact so please leave upto 21 working days for all items.

To purchase Gift Vouchers from our site requires you to have a Paypal account.

Malibu Lingerie attempts to be as accurate as possible with regards to product description, colours of items may vary slightly from those in the photos for which we will not be held resposible for. Where there is definate knowledge of a product being slightly different, there will be notice of this next to the product in question.

Tonys Shoes must be ordered in US sizes, all other items are displayed in UK sizes. Where a product is 'One Size' this will normally fit between a size 8-16 (UK).

All prices are displayed in 'pounds sterling'. We reserve the right to change any of the prices without notice. Items that may have changed in price whether increasing or decreasing will not affect your purchase once the transaction has completed.

The offer we have referring to beating prices of items seen on other websites is not guaranteed. We will try and offer a cheaper price under the following circumstances; 1) We must not already have the item(s) in question on our website 2) Our supplier must stock the item(s) in question 3) The item(s) you have seen must be on a UK website only and not a high street store 4) The item(s) must not be on sale or on a promotional offer on another website 5) The item(s) must not be listed on an auction site such as Ebay.

Returns will only be honoured if your items(s) is faulty, all returns must be e-mailed to us at returns@malibu-lingerie.com with the exact details of the fault within 24 hours of you receiving your purchase, our return address will then be e-mailed back to you, we suggest that you return your item(s) to us by either recorded or special delivery this must also be done within 7 days. We will not be liable for any postage costs on returned items. Refunds will be issued within 1 month, as we need to be refunded by our supplier first. If when we recieve your item(s) we suspect it has been tampered with, worn, damaged, abused or poorly wrapped your refund will not be honoured.
We cannot except returns for any other reason, without exception.

Your privacy is very important to us we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Your credit/debit card information is secure, it is not stored online and will not be shared with any other company.
